Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer. We keep it tight, but volume moves fast.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don't see it, check your junk folder or reach out to us.
Returns
Not right? Send it back.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags still attached
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one. This keeps things moving faster and ensures you don't miss out on stock.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll sort it quickly.
