Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually make changes. Once it’s packed or shipped, it’s locked in. Send through your request as soon as possible and we’ll check it.
I entered the wrong address
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it. If it’s already shipped, we can’t redirect it.
Didn’t receive my order confirmation
Check your junk or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, reach out and we’ll resend it.

How long does shipping take?
Australia: 2–6 business days (standard), 1–3 (express)
International: 5–12 business days depending on location
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You’ll get the link via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.
Why is my order delayed?
Once it leaves us, delivery depends on the carrier. Delays can happen during peak periods or due to customs for international orders.
Returns
How long does shipping take?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not directly. Return your item and place a new order to secure your size or preferred style.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within a few business days back to your original payment method.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How do I choose the right size?
Refer to the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, go based on your preferred fit, tighter or more relaxed.
Will sold-out items restock?
Some core pieces restock, but most drops are limited. Once it’s gone, it’s usually gone.
How do I care for my items?
Cold wash, inside out. Avoid tumble drying. Keep it simple and they’ll last.
